Giving up smoking, drinking and bad eating habits are normally top of the resolution list each year. We can’t really help with the first two! But eating habits are something we work very hard to instil at Good Food Ireland. Many of our Cookery Schools will be running family cookery courses in the coming weeks – giving you an insight into some ways to introduce good eating into your life on a daily basis. Once you get into the trot, it’s not that difficult to ensure you and your family eat healthy home cooked meals. Now the indulgence of the Christmas season is almost at an end, you’ll probably be thinking along the lines of less rich but nonetheless warming dishes to keep out the January cold. In the coming month we’ll be featuring some good ideas for nutrient packed winter family food. Watch this space.
