About Our Member
Established in 2001 by Jim and Mary Healy, The Chocolate Garden of Ireland is an award-winning family business making hand made chocolates, premium ice cream (Tipperary Ice Cream brand) and a wide range of delicious treats. They began making waffles but soon diversified into chocolate making, and in 2008, into making premium ice cream and sorbets.
Their passion for top quality confectionary drives them to perfect the best possible taste. This involves incorporating local ingredients wherever possible. Overwhelmed by the popularity of their chocolates, they soon opened their doors to visitors and today you can experience first-hand their love and passion and, of course, taste their delicious treats. You’ll also get to experience a real, warm local Irish welcome.
