Courses & Tutors

Dublin Cookery School offers a variety of cookery classes, events and courses from one-day or evening classes to weekend cookery classes, afternoon cookery demos and professional 12-week-long courses. As well as talented and enthusiastic tutors, a long line of famous guest chefs are on hand to put the students through their paces. Regular guest chefs include Paul Flynn, Damien Grey, Darren Hogarty, John Wyer, Rossa Crowe and Stephen Gibson.

Whether you join Dublin Cookery School for an Evening, 1-Day, or 1-Week Course, the structure of each balances two fundamental approaches to learning in the kitchen: open forum cookery demonstrations and all-inclusive hands-on sessions. Professional certificate courses on offer include a 4-week and 12-week course.

Other Facilities

These special evenings are hosted and cooked by Dublin Cookery School’s dynamic group of highly experienced tutors. Within the generous realm of a lovely five-course tasting menu, you will get a look at some of the things that spark their imagination and inspire their own cooking at home.

Within an open kitchen setting, you will see first-hand how a group of chefs can connect like a band of musicians, happy to once again be doing the thing they love to do most together.

Encouraging students to cook with fresh, local produce is a real highlight of Dublin Cookery School. From bakers, cheesemakers, butchers, and Michelin star chefs, Lynda has great connections and friends in the industry and regularly calls on key people to join her and her team to give attendees the very best of what the country has to offer.
