Dining is a relaxed but delicious experience and dishes are created with only organic ingredients and plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits. In fact, you’ll see the chef in the organic garden selecting vegetables, edible flowers and herbs for your dinner as well collecting eggs from the chickens.
Meals are served buffet style and guests gather around large timber tables in a homely tradition.
There is also a lovely wine bar where you can relax before or after dinner and sip organic red and white wines.
The Three Towers Eco House & Organic Kitchen is one of only two restaurants certified organic in Ireland, and the only one in the west of Ireland.
Food from Esther’s much loved and successful garden is used in the Organic Kitchen and the team works with a range of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and poultry adhering to the strict designation for organic produce – you will find no chemical influences in your food.
The menus at the Organic Kitchen follow a seasonal pattern and food that is not grown on site is certified organic. As much produce as possible comes from local suppliers.
Expect to see garden-inspired soup served with freshly baked breads, wild Atlantic creamy seafood chowder, Burren smoked salmon and a whole host of seasonal dishes on both the lunch and dinner menus. It is a chance to sample some delicious local produce and traditional Irish dishes. There are some very tempting desserts and sweet treats on the menu too, including our favourite, apple and berry crumble served with homemade vanilla ice-cream.
