Food at Springfort Hall Hotel incorporates a lot of local produce, which is creatively handled and served with a twist.
The Lime Tree restaurant combines grace and elegance and it is a lovely space designed for lingering over fine food. The à la carte menu expresses dishes simply with seasonal, ingredient led titles like crab, quail, steak, pork belly, which gives away none of the complexity of what comes out on the plate. Expect some pleasant and very tasty surprises along the way.
Breakfast is also served in the Lime Tree restaurant and there is plenty of tasty delights on offer to help start your day on the right note. Quench your thirst with local apple or beetroot juice and then take your pick from a selection of cereals and homemade porridge with cream and honey before rounding off with a full Irish cooked breakfast.

From the moment you arrived you are encouraged to relax and let the staff take care of you. Guests are welcomed and checked in then invited into the drawing room to enjoy tea and coffee and homemade scones.
There are 49 large rooms with ensuite bathrooms and seating areas so you can spread out and relax in comfort. Rooms vary from deluxe doubles to sensational suites so there is sure to be a room to suit your needs.
With its pristine gardens and civil marriage licence, Springfort Hall Hotel is a popular wedding venue and due to its conference and syndicate meeting rooms with full facilities, it is also a great place to hold meetings and corporate events too.
The 49 bedrooms are spacious, light and bright and most importantly, very comfortable. The decor is simple yet warm with gentle colours that encourage a restful stay, as do the soft-touch fabrics and bedlinen.
The bedrooms are elegantly furnished with pieces that complement the size and style of the room. All rooms have a large desk with chair, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and a large LCD TV.
There are also some added extras and special options you can add to your accommodation including a bouquet of flowers, champagne and strawberries and bottles of wine.
Springfort Hall Hotel cooks with seasonal ingredients sourced, where possible, from local suppliers who practice sustainable business methods. Food miles are kept low and quality high.
