The Roseville Rooms is a 2 AA Rosette restaurant and dining here, be that for dinner or breakfast, is the perfect way to get a genuine flavour for the surroundings in which the luxurious four-star hotel is set.

The Aylward Lounge is a relaxed spot where you can enjoy a drink and dine in more casual surroundings.

The Gallery has lovely views over the 1st and 18th green of Faithlegg Golf Course and is the perfect place for some afternoon tea.


A 2 AA Rosette restaurant, dining in The Roseville Rooms is the perfect way to get a taste of Ireland. Expect to see freshly caught Irish hake, mussels and monkfish on the menu as well as local beef and pork and lamb from the Comeragh Mountains in Waterford, when in season. Presentation is artful and service immaculate but the whole experience is very relaxed and enjoyable, not in the slightest bit stuffy. For an indulgent gourmet experience, try the six-course seasonal tasting menu.

Make sure you admire the original ceilings and check out the beautiful views, they are a perfect match to the beautiful food and wine.

Breakfast is a feast to savour in The Roseville Rooms. The centrepiece is a visually stunning breakfast buffet of local yogurt and seasonal fruit compotes, fresh juices, porridge, cereals, house breads and scones and continental pastries. Through the conservatory lies a full Irish breakfast hot buffet. The cooked-to-order menu has lighter options available for those who are still full from dinner the night before.

Service is hospitable and warm, a real Irish welcome at its heart. Long standing staff with connections to the house are part of the experience, lending a real feel of family hospitality to your stay.

Rooms & Facilities

Choose from Deluxe and Master Superior rooms located in the original house offering old world charm and opulent luxury, a real treat for a special stay, or of course, for the happy couple on their wedding night.

The newly refurbished Classic rooms offer woodland and garden views and are tastefully designed offering modern luxuries.

Alongside superb accommodation and fine dining there are also plenty of private function and wedding suites, as well as a wealth of facilities available on-site. Faithlegg incorporates Faithlegg Golf Course with self catering accommodation and clubhouse, and the Estuary Spa with treatment rooms, full cardio fitness equipment in a private gym area, and a swimming pool.


The Classic bedrooms at Faithlegg are located in the new wing of the property, which was built in keeping with the original house. These are comfortably furnished in a contemporary style with fine linens and upholstery and modern en suite bathrooms.

In the original house, Master Bedrooms offer more space and luxury with romantic four-poster or king size beds, antique furnishings and paintings, plus views of the estate and surrounding countryside. All Master Bedrooms are named after key historical figures of the house.

The two suites are spacious and opulent and a real treat for a special stay, or of course, for the happy couple on their wedding night.


All the produce at Faithlegg House Hotel is Irish sourced where possible. The hotel uses seasonal vegetables from local farms and supports local suppliers, using the abundance of ingredients to be found in Waterford.
