As September, season of mists and mellow fruitfulness rolls in, a new cookery course programme is rolled out at Lynda Booth’s Dublin Cookery School. The full time three month Certificate Course covers all the basics, plus everything else you need to learn to take your culinary skills to the top level. This course is for anyone and everyone who loves cooking and wants to learn more. It especially suits those who are considering a career in food. Students learn all the ins and outs of kitchen life, in a hands on course taught by Lynda and a stream of famous guest chefs like Sunil Ghai of Ananda and others, who impart their knowledge of all things culinary. Practical food business and health and safety advisors, plus cheese and wine experts,  also join the school’s knowledgeable team, for this intensive full time course.
